Every customer requirement for the tulle spread is very individual. Therefore, the specific mandrel sets must be made accordingly.
Here there are inexpensive and very durable alternatives to the commercially available sets. These mandrel sets are made from one piece. This allows a special shaping at the mandrel, which prevents any disturbing notch effect at the clamping of the mandrel. The set is then subjected to a specially developed multi-stage heat treatment. When selecting the material, chrome vanadium can also be used if desired. This allows the highest breaking strength and correspondingly strong stress.
